Hi Caleb, That would have happened by 1 of 2 reasons. The purchase was made before your store was closed, and paid via check, money order, or eCheck (PayPal). The order won't show up as a sale for you until payment is received. OR The member had it in their shopping cart or wishlist, and the system allowed checkout of a product that has been deleted. The programmers are working on the 2nd option so that this won't be allowed to happen in the future. The $2.50 will be added to your final merchant payment.
