Hi all, I just wanted to post a note about the people at DAZ. About ten days ago I purchased the vickie clothing pack and I was really happy about it. Unfortunately there was somthing wrong with the left thighboot (see posting a few days ago) and I didn't had a chance to fix it. So I contacted DAZ. Finally they figured out that there was something wrong with the mac installer, so they set up a specific area at their server where I could DL the correct one. I really appreciate their way of customer service! Since I am from Germany I am not used to that great way of customer service. Only few German companies have this attitude to their customers. regarding customer service Germany is a desert! So all that's left to me to say is: "Thanks a lot DAZ! Keep on with it! You guys do a great job!" Phil

I've had very positive experiences with them, as well. Once I was accidentally overcharged $3.00, and they sent a personal letter informing me that they had corrected the mistake. I have had some unsuccessful downloads, and they were very cooperative when I called to report my problems, twice setting up private download areas and offering apologies that actually sounded genuine. Keep it up, guys, and you'll do just fine.

I've also had very good response from them. I've had proablems with downloads (usually when my internet connection died on me right in the middle of a download and I couldn't get back into the site). They set up my private download access and I got my download. They are the last of a dying breed. They go over and above for their customers and I salute them! Thanks, DAZ! Melanie

They have the best customer service on the planet. I have had problems for many reasons, my fault included, and they have been very quick and helpful to take care of everything to my satisfaction. Now, if they only had staff on the weekends... ;^P

As a followup, I have seen their people, who are on their own time surfing the net, take care of problems on the weekends more than once. Daz has a great team.

I have nothing but praise for DAZ (and Zygote). Great models, great prices. I had a problem downloading a couple of times, but they responded within 24 hours each time, even on the weekend. Anxious to see Zygotes new site. They have a new graphic on their home page saying come back tomorrow.
