Thanks Rendo for having the updated dates (lol) on my item list in my account! I would have never known Artifact had been updated otherwise :) Thank you very much!!

You're very welcome! This was one of the enhancements that we really wanted with the new system. I'm glad that you find it useful :) Thank you for your continued patronage! Deb

What am I missing here? How do I know if something is updated?

There will be a date in the "Updated" column on your purchase history list. The "Item List" link... the updated date will appear in the column all the way to the right :) Deb

So I guess n/a means the items never been updated, or does that mean the item possibly never will be?

It means it has not been updated. Clint

Can we just clarify this? Does 'N/A' really mean that an item has not been updated since you started adding the updated date to the system? Because I have a lot of items which have been updated at one time or another, yet these still all say 'N/A'. It's probably too much work to add in the update dates for items which have been previously updated, but this is slightly confusing - I thought it would be nice to use this to check if I had missed any updates, but it doesn't work for that, it seems.

Hi spedler, Yes, that only pertains to the new system. We weren't able to populate the Updated field with previous updates because there wasn't a way of knowing on the old system what the update date actually was. Deb

Thanks, that's kind of what I figured. I couldn't begin to think of the work that would have been involved in adding all the update dates prior to the new system, even if you knew what they were! Steve

Hey Steve, One hint is if you look at the zip file name and see UD in the zip name, you can be fairly confident that it's been previously updated. Deb

Thanks, yes, I've seen that happen, and re-downloaded where appropriate. What happens though if the item is updated a second time - does it get another code (e.g. UD2)? Steve

Not always, but more times than not, the merchant will have sent an email to all buyers that an update was available. But, going forward, you will see a date in the update column. If a product was updated a 2nd time, and not have the _UD_2 in the zip name, you could just download it to ensure that you do have the most recent version. I'm not sure how long your purchase history is, and I do apologize for that inconvenience, but it's going to be better going forward. I wish there would have been a way to have a date when we converted, but that wasn't possible. Deb

No problem, Debbie. I was just interested, is all. Steve
