I am running Bryce 3 ( not 3.1 ) and I have trouble importing certain meshes. I get the ( out of memory problem ) Is there anyone who can help me with this problem

What meshes? Some are polygon heavy and can bog down your memory (I.e. DXF 3DS) causing bryce to display that error, or it takes the program llonger to load a scene. Try downloading lesser poly heavy meshes or try a polygon reducer in a modeling program

They are 3ds meshes. Can you tell me what program will do that for me. I have 3d exploration and accutrans. I would ideally love to have this model as it detailed and a great addition Thanks.

Get the 3.1 updater. Version 3.0 is as buggy as hell. The 'out of memory' thing is a generic fault report, and is very unlikely to be related to an actual lack of memory. The files are available here: http://www.brycetech.com You must have your original Bryce3.0 CDROM disk in order to update. I have read that the updater works OK on the cover CD given away free by 3D World mag, but haven't tested it myself - so no guarantees from me. :-)
