How on earth do I send a message to a merchant now? I tried the old way but it just takes me back to their store page. I tried searching for a gallery but to no surprise the page times out and I'm back to square 1

The same way you always have, only now you have to click on "Messaging" at the very top of the page and paste their name into the box.

LOL, don't feel bad. It took me a few days to figure it out too. I use Mozilla-Fox and tabbed browsing, so when I'm in the store and want to send a message I just open the "Messasging" in a new tab. It's a bit of a pain but it works.
