The av98 robot can be downloaded from toshi`s page, it is the patlabor figure and there are poses for it, too.

I just PM'd Roy Loo over at PoserPros. I hope everything's all right for the guy. I wasn't looking for the robots in particular, but if he answers (as he has done before), perhaps we'll get more info directly from the creator himself.
