What are the differences between the educational and regular versions of photoshop? When will CS3 be released?

Educational is for people who can prove they are poor student. Or rich students, actually. You can use it as long as you are studying. After graduating (or stopping) you ought to buy a regular version. CS3 is scheduled for 2007, if the normal update/release cycle of Adobe continues.
