Subject: Product images missing?

Wasn't sure where to post this. I'm having problems with a product I purchased a while back and while waiting to hear from the merchant in response to my emailed questions, I went back to the product page to run though the examples he had posted. All of the images have disappeared; maybe this happened during the marketplace conversion?

Kind of a follow up; I've still not heard back from that merchant after email sent to addy in product readme, and an IM. Any suggestions on how to get in touch with him/her and get some product support?

TIA BTW...the link to tutorial on the product page doesn't work either. Is this merchant even around anymore?

I've got an E-Mail into the merchant as well and havent heard back yet. Its been a few weeks since they have logged into Renderosity. Clint

I"ve asked in Poser forum if anyone knows this person, hoping they could pass a message to him. Or for anyone who has the product I need help with. Still looking for response from insomniaworks...disappointed that I haven't heard a peep yet.
