THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Brightness in 5.5

I have just converted from 5.0 to 5.5.Is it my imagination that the frontal illumination by the "sun" falling on objects is much lower than Bryce used to be. I find that I must utilize radial lights etc. to compensate for the diffence. With 5.0 I was able to brighten things up by just dragging the sun to the 6 o'clock position. Is this a normal situation ?

Check your setting for "gamma correction". Make sure it is the same in your B5.5 as it is in your B5.0 AS
