Come on guys. you need to put something on your shopping cart that states "first time orders must be confirmed by email and may take up to 24hours before it is availabe for download" I purchased my item because I am on a tight deadline and don't have the time to model from scratch. I have sent my info to store@renderosity.com please respond to this as I will need to cancel my order if I cannot download within a few hours. order# 111021098 thanks rickei

thanks guys. I got everything! sorry, I got a little freaked out that I might not be able to work through the night do make a deadline. Now that I have my product, I guess it's time to make some coffee, and get to work rickei
