And now I can not load Poser files, I like Vue but for $400, it has way too many problems. It crashes way to often, at least try to save before rendering, even the sometimes it crashes. I tried World Builder but that Interface is terrible. Come on E-on get the bugs fixed and give us a real cheap Ver6,

When you say you can't load Poser files could you be a little more specific about the problem your experiencing. Do you get an error message? When you try to load a poser figure what happens? Which kind of update did you do - automatic or manual? Which versions of Vue and Poser are you using (Including Service Packs for both)? Have you checked Vue is still associated with Poser in Vue's Options panel (File->Options->General Preferences->Configure Poser Import)? Have you contacted e-on tech support at their web site (http://www.e-onsoftware.com/)? If not my experience is that they will do their best to help and can often suggest a solution or eventually fix the problem.

Yes I get an error message, the simplest one (error can not load this file). Before updating I could load from poser 5 with no problems. And yes I am still aassociated with in prefernces for poser. It took them 5 days to get back to me, that is very poor customer servise (I work in customer service, we have to return all enquiries with in two hours, and have the problem fixed within 48 hours) I just think that there are way to many bugs in this program.

My experience with e-on tech support is also very good. A lot better than what I usually get from similar companies. Make sure you're as factual and explicit as you can in your reports. If you can't get a good answer, you can always revert to the update that worked for you.
