Our goal is to respond to support tickets within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
If you go to "account" and "Item List", it will produce an individual list of your purchased items instead of by invoice. I wish it was like that in it's default state, or that we could set it and have it show like that all of the time. As for updates, if you click "Item List", to the far right there is a column that shows if there are any updates for your purchases.

I am hoping that you will bring back one way or another a different method for us to retrieve Updated items. I had to surf through about 6 invoices to finally find my original purchase of a Danie/Marforno item that they had updated. I started at the beginning of my list because I new the item in question I had purchased during my "early" days as a customer. It was nice on the older layout that had a separate area for updated items. I am hoping you are bringing it back. OR making the original invoice look different then from all the others to indicate an item on that invoice has been updated. Little blinking ! or * or something....than to having to surf through 50+ invoices. If there is an easier way that I missed, please let me know :)
