Subject: Looking for Comic Character web site?

MikeMoss ( ) posted Tue, 14 March 2006 at 9:04 AM · edited Thu, 21 November 2024 at 10:39 AM

Several years ago I came across a web site that had a lot, maybe as many as 50 or more poser figures of comic book characters that were very well done complete with costumes capes etc.

I downloaded several, Superman, Wonder Women, etc.

Now I need some other characters and I can't find the site.

Does anyone know what I am talking about and if it still exists?

Please post a link if you know where it is.

Thanks a lot...

Mike

Animotions used to be called the 3d comics collective (3dCC), but they changed their name a couple years ago.

Quite a few of the good 3d comics collective characters are not available at animotions ( or anywhere else AFAIK ).

I first saw 3DCC in 1999, so that tells you how long it's been. And before it went down I stripped the site of everything and saved them to CD...mohahaha..mine! mine! all mine!

I did, too, but the CD corrupted a while back.

I have three CDs of their old characters. I havent been back in a while to see if there's anything new, but some of that old stuff was a goldmine of costume props.
