Subject: Anyone using Carrara with AMD 1.2 chips?

I am thinking of upgrading and am wondering if Carrara does well with the AMD Athlon chips. Thanks

well I am running a amd 'thunderbird' @ 900mhz and its been flawless. I have more a problem with winME and Carrara than I do with the chipset. Actually I dont understand what the whole compatablity hype is. I have been using amd since '96 and have yet to find a program that didnt run on both. Just make sure that you pick a good motherboard.
