Hi! I am trying to buy something, is already in my cart. I check out, I get the payment info page. There I get the name and address info, all is filled in. I get the button to payment info on this page, I push it and I gey back in my cart... and so on and on and on and on and on.... arghhh.... I deleted the rendero cookie, I logged in and out many times, nothing solved the loop. Where is the problem? Thank you!! Lory

Lory, I have asked the programmers for help with this.. It sounds like you aren't staying logged in. Are you getting any type of error message? Stacey

No.. the problem is that it's just a loop.. no other pages, just cart and payment info. First in the cart page appears a Ckeck out button, I push, it comes the page with name/address, there it's the button woth payment info, pressing it takes me to cart, but the button there is no longer check out, but payment info and so on...

Hello Lory, Below is the programmers response... "This sounds like a caching/cookie problem on their end or something. Please clear their temporary internet files and cookies and try again." Thanks Stacey

Hello! As I said I did deleted the cookies once... and it didn't worked. I tried 2 times today and it finally worked!! Probably my PC likes cookies as much as I do :) Thank you for the help!! Lore
