Dear Renderosity Team, I like your products and I think the staff does a great job of trying to keep the customer happy; BUT---- This customer is NOT happy with your new format. It looks just like everybody else's and it is a step backward, rather than forward. This is especially true in terms of the account page of the customer. The new page is somewhat more difficult to use over the former. With the former, I had the option of being able to link directly to the product page. Now I cannot. I personally found this to be very useful. The location of the box to locate former purchases by name or merchant is now way down at the bottom and hardly noticeable, when it should be up at the top of the page, just as it was in the former page layout. It is more visible and easier to use there. Maybe it is just me, but it seems to me that the print on the products pages (and the entire web site for that matter) is much smaller than it was and , therefore, much more difficult for me (and I'm sure many others) to read. Another thing that I am particularly unhappy about with the product page is that I used to be able to directly contact the vendor via instant message or email by a direct link on that page. Now, I can't. (Or at least I haven't been able to locate it as of this date.) There's a lot to be said for not fixing what isn't broken. I wish you had learned that and left things the way they were. Perhaps there are advantages to you to change them; but I fail to see how they have improved things for customers. Please, please put a direct link to the vendor back on the product page and a direct link to the product page on the personal account page. It would also be nice if you would move the box to search for former purchases or merchants back up at the top of that page and if you could make the print of the website at least a little bit larger.
