Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 12 11:30 pm)
PZ3's, texture files and non-poser ready models can go anywhere.
CR2's need to go go in one of the subdirectories under RuntimeLibrariescharacter.
PP2's need to go go in one of the subdirectories under RuntimeLibrariesProps.
HR2's need to go go in one of the subdirectories under RuntimeLibrariesHair.
PZ2's need to go go in one of the subdirectories under RuntimeLibrariesPose.
OBJ files that are required to load PZ3's,CR2's, PP2's and HR2's generally need to go in a specific directory under RuntimeGeometries. You can open up the Poser file in a text editor and one of the first lines will state where it pulls the OBJ from...thats where you need to put it.
Hope this helps.
For prolly the first time in my life as a Renderosity member, i can actually give a valid and worthwhile answer. And here it is: if you dont want to come back here every 5 seconds to remember what files go where, just click below to go to this reference site: http://www.poserforum.net/poserfiles.shtml Hope this helps. ..->[ aMP-3 ]<-..
Or if you don't want to memorize, you can use the CR2 Installer in CR2Edit to do it for you. There is also a stand-alone installer in the free stuff, or used to be at least, not sure if it is still around.
