A decline code of 12 comes from your bank. Since it's a new card, your bank may have a block on it becaues there were so many recent charges from one company (us), because you've been placing multiple orders. Multiple orders from the same company tends to make credit card companies suspecious that someone could be using your card without permission. Thanks, Jenifer Carey Renderosity Admin

Hi. I get a code 12 error when I try to pay with my VISA-card. It's rather new, but I have send in the info you asked for, and have made 4 purchases so far with no problems at all - it went straight through and I could get my download just fine. I can can also see that the money have been transfered to Bondware. My VISA is Danish and called a VISA Kash. But I can't get through payment anymore. And yes - there is money on the card :-) Hope you can help. Greetings, Pixpax
