This is your first purchase under username SeattleLightning . Do you have another account with us that you purchase under? You will need to send in the verification information required for first time buyers as stated in several locations on our site and in your ebot receipt to store@renderosity.com Please send your username and/or order id along with the toll free phone number from the back of your credit card. This is for your (the cardholder) protection as well as our own. We have to manually verify first time purchases. If you have purchased under a different username we highly discourage this for several reasons. This is ridiculous. I have purchased from Renderosity before. I just paid for something and cannot download it. Immediate gratification is supposed to be one of the benefits of internet sales. My Renderosity name is Seattlelightning and my order number is 111031842. On top of this I see plenty of similar complaints in your "customer support". markschum, indiadark, and descardius all have similar complaints in the last few days. valium007 has a whopping two complaints. You think you could at least take care of that guy the second time around. Your phone number is only good for business hours on weekdays. This email is my only chance at someone getting back to me. I have done most of my purchases through DAZ3d, a company that has their act together. Figure out how to get me my product or cancel my order.
