Subject: extraneous image copies

i've noticed it in a few threads now -- under some circumstances, an image from the previous post will be included in the reply. here's an example in which it happened 6 or 7 times.

Yeah, I sent off an IM to Karen about the same thing happening in the Copyright Forum...
