When I made this purchase I was unaware that I would not recieve the files immediately. I understand your security concerns but you should denote this somewhere up front. Please let me know if I will be able to download today - if not I need to find some other resource for materials for my project. BTW Yes I already sent you the requested info...

Hi webmonster, If you sent the E-Mail in today it will get responded to within the next few hrs. The first time buyer policy is located at the bottom of the last checkout page before you commit your order. Its also listed in the automated e-bot that is sent to you after your order is placed. Guess I missed that.. If I did not scroll down on the receipt page I would have missed there. Uhm if you are referring to an automated email by ebot .. I have not recieved anything like that. My email is correct in the system though I get your newsletter etc.. regularly.

Thank you! I found out what was going on - it seems I have two accounts somehow.. this one which I established in like 2000 or something is the correct one but had the wrong email address. Just wanted to let you know so you didnt think something was broken.
