Subject: going in circles at check out

This is so annoying and started immediately after the store was re designed. The last several purchases that I've made have never gone thro right away. I find myself continually looping thro the billing information page. Upon hitting the check out button I get back to the billing page. It's all filled out, every box with a asterid is filled out and the information is correct. I get so annoyed, I have to leave, I go back half an hour or so and it still wont go through. It loops through the cycle, then without changing anything or doing anything differently it will finally go thro. Right now I have items in my cart, but I can't check out!!!

My cookies are enabled, my security settings are laxed, and it happens on both machines. Maybe more to the point it only started happening after the store was changed.

Hi Newb, On the last check out page are you putting in your payment information such as credit card, Paypal, etc and hitting the "Place Order" button on the bottom right of this page?

Hey Clint

That's the problem, I cant get to the last checkout page.  I'm stuck on the first page that says billing information and boxes with a asterid must be filled out. After 20 or so tries I can then move to the next page to enter my credit card details then everything is fine, it's getting to that point that is frustrating!

Sounds like you may have some internet security software or a firewall that is set a little to aggressive. If you have Norton Internet security, Zone Alarm, etc running...try disabling them for a fwe and see if that helps.

I do have ZoneAlarm, but I disable it by disengaging internet lock, then closing it down.  Perhaps I'll uninstall it for the next time I make purchases and try that.
