Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 23 9:03 pm)
HI Joe,
I have used this book: Secrets of Figure Creation with Poser 5 to get me started. I used it to help me rig my "Bender" figure and a few other things which I created in Rhino.

Also, Dr. Geep probably has some good stuff in his tutorials:

There's a pretty good rigging tutorial HERE at Daz, and you should pay particular attention to the naming conventions of the body parts...it makes life so much easier.
Another interesting tut is THIS one by John Hoagland. It shows you how to make a fridge in Poser. Most of it is not required reading for Rhino users, but does show how to import different parts of a prop and combine them.
Finally...look at the tutorials by Dr. Geep...everything you need to know about Poser prop making is in there somewhere...probably. ~lol~

On account of I don't have $90.00 to spend right now.
Well, I guess that makes us even because I don't have $90 to spend left now. :b_grin:
;=]
Remember ... "With Poser, all things are possible, and poseable!"
cheers,

Does anyone know where I can find some tutorials on how to rig my Rhino models into Poser? Some of these human forms while others are planes and cars.
I know how the import process works, texturing and that stuff, I'm ready now to make a go at some of the models I've done over the years.
Thanx,
Joe
