He may have been the largest beast ever to have lived up until then, and he's been gone for 200 Million years, - but now he's back to take up residence in your runtime!

The Plateosaurus is the newest dinosaur from Digital I, and he's at a new home - the wonderfully-expanded new store at http://www.Rawart3D.com!  The stable of vendors over there are committed to supporting each other, so he's already got a new set of alternate textures from the monster-master himself, RawArt!  And there'll be more...

Truly a museum-quality mesh, based on skeletal and muscular reconstructions by some of the
world's most respected dinosaur experts, it's Digital I's first new dinosaur in 2 years... and it features Easy-Pose controls for the neck, tail, and tongue, as well as other morphs, preset poses, and 2 texture maps to give you realistic scenes right away.

The Rawart3D store is based in Canada, so those of you used to buying in $USD will get a 10-15% price advantage on the exchange rate right away!  Plus, this product is on sale for another 10% off until the end of May!  Pick it up now for $17.95Cdn! (a little less than $16US)

Watch for more new products coming soon to the Rawart3D store!

Oh yes, as usual for **Digital I**, the Bump Map is a completely different map from the Colour Map...but as you can see, there's plenty of detail in the mesh itself...

being well-and-truly honed by selling at DAZ, you'll find files for each of:

P4, PP, P5, P6, & D|S>

...so nobody gets left behind!  (I'll still be selling at DAZ too, I just decided to 'diversify'...)

The *Plateosaurus* lived in the late Triassic period, one of the very earliest dinosaurs... It was about 8-9 meters (25-30 feet) long, the largest land animal ever up until that time... It may have been a plant-eater, but it was still probably an active beast...

With its long neck, it was able to feed off plants that had never been 'harvested' before, escalating the battle between plants and the critters which fed on them!

Here's a more comprehensive view of that feeding scene... (It looks good in Bryce, via DAZ|Studio...)

Of course, every creature has its predators...  here are a couple of dilophosaur-ancestors, from my DAZ store...
