I know, I know.  More hair for women.  But seriously, while there's tons of basic, hangs down on either side of  the face hairstyles out there, there are very few styles that pull the hair away from a character's face.  Even though the majority of clothes are formal and fantasy, there are few updo hairstyles to choose from, and only 3  or 4 I'd consider formal.  Most recent hairstyles are trendily messy and more high fashion or punk than simple or elegant.   I think some simple updos would be both easier to model and fit with more clothing.
