I apologize if you didn't receive a response but I for one have not seen an email come through from you so its possible that the person(s) that handles the subscription services didn't receive it either. I will email them with a link to this thread so they can get this resolved for you.

I the web service here at Renderosity. I have sent several emails. Several days ago, I received a message saying that I have not paid and that my account will be suspened if I do not pay. I have checked with my bank and my credit card is valid and active.
I have sent several email messages and have created a trouble ticket in the past several days. So far, NO ONE has responed. I would like some support.
