It's not 900 styles. I like a book with more content than the 112 pages which is filled with images for the WOW factor. I know it comes with a CD but ....
As for textures, there are so many places to get free textures, scaning textured materials, and creating your own which is not hard to do.
I bought an earlier version of this book when I was first learning to use PS. If you want to learn how to accomplish different effects you can apply a style and then reverse engineer it to figure out how it's done. If you already know how to do things then I would not recommend this book for you.

Anyone bought it? Just $18 for 900 styles. It seems a big bargain. I read the book reviews on amazon but I don't 100% trust them. Is it useful for making textures?
