I just bought an item called amazing hair by Addy. The downloading speed is very slow. The average speed is under 5KB/s.  And it stopped in the middle! I cancelled the downloading task and redownloaded it several times. It still can't finish. Now it says I reach the downloas limit. I can't even  touch it! The browser I used is firefox. Does it matter? Can you send the file to me by email? :(
