Ok, now I've gone from getting a gazillion ebots from the Forums to getting about 1 out of 10. Anyone else having problems?

This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

I've received no ebot for this thread nor the next one. Of course the next one changes every few minutes so that didn't help.

Right now, towards thte top of the forum, there are 7 threads from the last three days to which I have not received ebots.

I've subscribed to the forum so I should get an ebot for every new thread. It's important this happens since the main forum is so un-navigatable for me.

Yep, Xenic, that's basically my problem, too. I get a few ebots, but there are always several threads on the main Bryce Forum (and other Forums as well) for which I don't receive ebots.

This is not my "second childhood". I'm not finished with the first one yet.

OK, I think I may have figured out what's happening. It started after they fixed the Forums so that you only got an ebot for the first post to each thread you're subscribed to. Now I get notice of the first new thread on the three Forums I'm subscribed to, since the last time I visited that Forum. Any subsequent new thread will not send me an ebot until after I visit the Forum again. Then I will get an ebot for the next new thread after that, but no more until I visit the  Forum again.

I've confused myself a little, but that's what's going on with my ebots. 😄

Me too.  Loads of threads in here I've never ever heard of.

Is it just me or in the main forum page, does it only show a max of three pages per thread. Links for 4 and up seem to be missing.

Not having that problem. Have you used one of the "mark as read" selections? Maybe that's why.

Yes I have - but in a 6 page thread, the 3 brings me to page three, then I see the rest of the pages listed. I think we need a 'go to last unread' link like CGTalk has.

Rochr's New Project thread (5 pages long) now has 4 pages identified. The only problem is that page 4 link does take you to the last page but direct to the 4th page.

I have been using the mark as read's all along and this has changed. I used to see all the numbers (or at least more of them).

Mmmm, you still dont read your messages though :(

One thing that peeees me off is that once you log in for the site (Rendo) you got to log on again for the forums.......is this for everyone or just me??

I use links. Added the first page of each Forum I visit as a "Favorite". Then I just use that link to go to each directly. I use the ebots first. They used to usually take me to all the threads I wanted to go to and my favorite artists new image posts, but now only the ebots for favorite artists are arriving in my email reliably, so I check the first page of each Forum to see what ebots I missed.
