Hi i was wondering where i could find a tutorial about creating textures for victoria 3.

You can use the Poser 5 Face Room for textures, that is what it is for, but there is a bit of a workaround.  You need to start like you're making it for P5 Judy(Which is Mapped the same as V2.  Then use Daz3D's Universal Texture Editor to change it from V2 to V3!
