Subject: Why not enforce TOS?

So I thought one member is not supposed to personally attack another? So why is nothing being done about an issue I brought up yesterday? I'm not sure messaging is working, so I ask the question here. Maybe personal beliefs are involved in enforcement?

Tim,

I messaged you back and told you I would be looking into it and taking any action appropriate. I just messaged you back letting you know I hadn't been able to look at all the comments since you didn't specifically point out which one(s) you were concerned about.   We were handling this privately as appropriate and that is how I will continue to handle it.
