I want to take a skin texture from Poser (one that has real looking skin, lips etc) and turn it into a goth style texture. Essentially I want it to look almost if not completely like a Geisha type texture with pale white skin and red lips.
I have lots of Poser skin maps and instead of buying a new one that has this effect, I want to create it myself with my existing textures.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial that does this?
I dont want to do the effect after the image has been rendered, I want to do this effect to the skin map then apply it to the model and then render it. That way I only need to do it once and I have a new goth skin texture to use over and over.
I appreciate any assistance anyone can offer towards this matter.
