I forgot to say how I did the mirror effect.
With the mirror loaded and selected in the material room:
Select the reflective material and disconnect the diffuse and specular colour nodes.
Change the diffuse colour to black 0 0 0.
Make a new node lighting> raytrace> reflect and plug it into reflection colour.
You can change the reflect node background colour to match your scene.
Make sure you have raytracing on in your render settings.
And that is all you have to do.

The mirror part can be rotated for adjustment.
Poser 5 and 6 users can make it work like a real mirror, as the picture shows.
