Just a thought, check your material's settings. It looks to me like the shirts bump (elevation) map may have been acidentally linked to everything.

In the past, everyone has been so great to me. I call upon everyone's expertise once again. After a full night of rendering, I found that these weird artifacts show up on not only 2D models, such as the man's shirt, but also on 3D figures, including the girl's arm on the left and the other girl's legs on the bottom. The artifacting also appears to show up on the man's arms.
There are three figures on this screen (5 models). A V3 with male morph, a shirt for the V3 with male morph, another V3 (left girl), the other V3's dress, V2 (girl bottom right), and V2's dress.
Evidently, there must be a problem with the shadows. Light setting is as follows:
1 infinite light, ray trace shadows
Shadow Blur Radius: 10.0
Shadow Min Bias: 0.00
Otherwise, there is nothing else special done to the single infinite light, except a reduction of the shadow dial to 0.5. I thank everyone for their expertise!
