Subject: exporting as 3ds

I want to export an object like trees from Vue4 as a 3DS format to be imported into Max. So far I was able to export the objec but did not export the materials and maps.

Plaes help or limk to tutorial thks.

Vue4? Well, can't help you out with Vue4. I didn't even know you could export to 3ds in Vue4. What I know is that in Vue5Infinite, you need to check "generate texture/alpha/bump maps", and then it works like a charm.

Best way to export is to Vue is via .obj and using something like Ripetide to do so.
