interesting news...
and this....
Shoot only from public spaces. You are prohibited from shooting bridges and tunnels, less so the subway.

Hi all!

Whoever I should thanks I have not run into problem yet where and what I am photographing. Some earlier tread all ready make me aware thouh, specialy from american members I read stories of hassle by police. These laws like " no pic taken from bridges and tunnels or universities" make me think , say I am a german turist in Sydney and want to make shoot from a Harbour bridge. Police might can stop me doing so? Not happened something like this here (yet), but we not really in target for terorist attack. America is unfortunately, it might a good reason for a thight law geting pictures from potential areas.

About Doug avatar....He is a nice gentlemen what ever avatar of himself uses....I would prefer see him smiling thouh...suite him well!

Can't shoot bridges? Well, no more photographs of the Golden Gate then...

This is more paranoia than anything else I think. If I really wanted to photograph it for other reasons than art, there's so many ways to do it covertly it's ridiculous.
