Subject: sorry for the misunderstanding

kimariehere ( ) posted Tue, 01 August 2006 at 6:29 PM · edited Tue, 26 November 2024 at 7:43 AM

. i am at mom my moms house on vacation . on her computer . . i had a shot up today of bears that was taken by my sister in alaska last week. she just sent it to my mom . she wanted me to post it .it was my property and  i didnt say it was my work at all i was just thanking everyone on here that is all. It was my only siblings work and i had permission to post it. But later felt bad when i saw i had aom as it should be something i did and so deleted it. sorry  for posting something that was my familys property.  so the image it was  was given to me by my only sibling. i didnt steal it anyways i deleted an hour ago as i felt checked about using it for a thank you and called called my sister an explained that i needed to only post an image if i took it myself now that i got Aom.

if you have any questions about it being my property  i can give you my sisters email and she will verify that she  shot it herself last weekend . she lives in alaska and paid 500 to take that trip her husband is a lasar surgan and they have lots of money to do such things.

tired and disorented as no sleep from travling for 36 hours i need some rest here.

everything i have ever posted  has always been what i shot myself...

sorry for the misunderstanding didnt mean to be misleading just on my moms computer and wanted to say hello and thanks

i am not going to worry or get down i need to be good for my family here

Hey Kimmers!!!! Even if you don't want to post it in your gallery for all the reasons you stated, that doesn't mean you couldn't post it here in the forum for us to see!!!!!   I for one, would love to see it!
I'm sure no one is going to put you down for wanting to post your sisters photo, especially if she urged you to have it posted! Maybe she should think of starting a gallery for herself here......... oh... then you would have some compitition, Kimmers!!!!!1 LOL ;p

Thanks for the clarification Kimmers. Saying something when you posted it could have avoided a lot of trouble and hurt feelings. Anyway, neat shots and congrats again.

"called called my sister an explained that i needed to only post an image if i took it myself now that i got Aom."

Huh? Anyone can post photos that someone else took as long as you give ´em proper credit, or does different rules apply to those that have become AOM? Huge congrats on that by the way!!! 😄 Wow....first GOM...then AOM....what´s next? AOD? LOL! Oh, and i´m not talking about Alcohol Over Dose...i remember Steve´s comment when he said you should be Artist of the Decade. :tt2: Personally i just got ROM. Yup......I had a whole bottle of that with me on my trip...yuuuummiiiieeeee!!!! 😄

Hey, you should get your sister to sign up for an account. Those are some really cool shots.

Now i better go unpack.....once again Congratulations on the title. 😄

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Members can  post images taken by  someone else if they have permission, But....they go in members photo section.
The forums are also a place for it...if for  critique or educational purposes.
But why not have the person  join?
The galleries are for images taken by the respective member.
Yes your sister should sign up and she can post them herself Kimmers.
