I submitted an online order to the Renderosity store an hour ago, immediately received an e-mail stating that my VISA payment had been received, but the download is still "pending." What's the deal?

Hi, Walter,

I apologize for the wait.  I'm at a different computer with a screen that I'm pretty sure went out with the dinosaurs, so if the font's too small I can hardly read what the screen says! 

Please let me know if you need further assistance!  Future orders will be avialble immediatlely.
