Hi out there,

I'm looking for clothes (booth male and female), hair and weapons from old China (Warring States, sword fighting movies,...).
I have found a lot of japanese stuff but close to nothing regarding China.

Dynamic clothes would be great too for the action scenes.

RoyLoo has done some historical clothes and accessories, plus props; see his stores at 3DCommune and at Poserpros. 

For your scenes (non-clothes):
Also check the freebies at 3DCommune for some traditional propos you may be able to use.  Over here, Tosun has done some chinese props for sale.  DAZ3D has a set of traditional late 17-19 century furniture Chinese style, commercial brokered product.  Very expensive and elaborate Chinese architecture over at TurboSquid - not Poser-ready, though.
