Subject: Poser Music Vid

A friend of mine showed me this music vid which has a bunch of Poser figures (flat shaded) walking around the street as buildings collapse around it. Friend said he thought it was Radiohead doing th music but he wasn't sure. It was done in monochrome (B/W) except for a rose which moved to the music. Does anybody know things about this vid, who did it, how, what kind of gear, webpage? that sort of stuff. I got a big kick out out the vid. Appreciate any info!

I remember that vid - it's Radiohead. They do look like P4 figures walking around though there's some kind of funky 3D filter on them that's messing with their polygons. I doubt it was done in poser as the Thom Yorke model looks like some kind of complicated motion-capture effect. They probably just exported the P4 figures after setting up walk cycles etc.

The Radiohead website would probably have the info you're after or link to the director's site.

Cheers

thanks bigjobbie. I will try the site. I tried to duplicate some of the motion of the vid by creating non-collision walk paths between three figures, using P2 Hi Business woman and P3 Hair, keeping the polys low. I did it in flat shading, and the went monochrome in the edit. it kinda worked g'day, eh!
