Ohhh Ooohhh Oooohhh, I love patterns like these! Why did no one tell me they were available?

Actually I use them as masks for Poser 6's blender node, much more useful than simply making textures in PhotoShop. :)

On my way to 3d Commune! :)

Would love to see an image using that technique. I use ProPack so Im not familiar with nodes :)

Well, this is the only one I have handy at the moment. What I did was take the second skin from the "Bishonin for M3" package at daz and turn it into a couple of masks. The cape, gloves, and boots are clothing items everything else is second skin. By changing the colors on a couple of nodes I could completely change the color of the outfit.

I then used the masks to layer different colors on M3. The really neet thing about using the blender nodes is that you could make just one part of the texture truely reflective and another part with ambient color to look like it was glowing.

As an example I could take the belt pattern from your package, overlay it on V3 as a second skin and have it reflect the environment.

Found another example. This one uses the same two patterns with a different base pattern. This character has no textures (other than the patern masks which are two color black and white). It's all shaders.
