Geez you guys make me hungry! runs to the fridge

1 Pound Beef Stew Meat
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic Crushed
1 Quarter Vidalia Onion Diced
4 to 6 Red Potatoes Sliced
1 Half Pound Baby Carrots
3 Table Spoons Teriaki Sauce
1 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Cups Water
1 Crock Pot big enough to hold it all

Brown Meat with crushed Garlic in 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil, 3 Tablespoons of Teriaki sauce, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 quarter cup water on stovetop.

Place sliced potatoes, carrots and onions in crockpot with 4 cups water to heat on high while you're browning the meat.

Add Browned meat, garlic and resulting sauce to crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour, reducing to low for 2 more hours.

It is a browned ground beef sauce.
Didn't take the time to make it into balls.
We were too hungry.
