Subject: Cannot us product

I bought Orient Express - Vue Version by Blackrain a while back. The problem is that the model is way too big and I simply cannot use it in Vue Infinite since my computer is running out of virtual memory even before it's loaded in the view. Since I can't use it and since I don't have the money to buy a new computer, is there any way I can get a refund? I've been in touch with Blackrain, but she doesn't know what to do about it either. The model is not crazy big in polys, but it seems that it doesn't matter. Any suggestion what to do would be welcome. C.
