This is a continuation of the "I modelled this" thread, which I can't find. I think I've about textured the daylights out of this thing.  Time to save put it in a scene. I think any addtional work on it at this time, like aging the textures will be postwork.... I think, I think, but I may change my mind.

Ideas for the scene please?
I'm undecided on the building sign and the name of the business. Something whimsical would be cute. And I still need that barrell under the chute.
I keep thinking of all these things to add to it... does it ever stop?

Also, if anyne wants this model, please let me know, I'll email it to you.
Keep in mind it has some little errors in it...

I'd love to have it, Connie!  It's adorable and I'm a serious props junkie  :blushing:

I hope this works, since I haven't tried exporting an .obp out of bryce before, and hopefulliy it'sokay by the Rosity rules too...

A rar file of the of the model (about 2.5 meg) www.cb-design.net/cb-logging.rar
Like I said, it's my first, so use at your own risk.

A credit would be nice, but not required. It would be neat to see what soemone else makes of it.
Enjoy, Hugz, Connie

Hey you should post some of these in the what are you working on thread in the modeling forum. Just a thought.

I would love a copy of the model, but I don't know if a 2.5 meg zip would get through my email. (I've only dialup you know).

As for a name.... Hmmmm.

For me, I'd need to know what they are visualized to produce for something really good... but for general ideas

Hooper, Barrel & Crate Mfg.

Gable & Eaves (you have a lot of them in this model) ;c)

Farmer & Son's Feed Mill

Thresher, Harrow & Plough, Farming Supply

Hope that helps some. ;c)

Don't need to get the model by e-mail, she's posted a link to it.  I'm in the process of importing it right now and will post an image shortly.

oooh, I think I like the Gable and Eaves Mill for the name!
Lot of great suggestions for the name :)

If you guys would let me know how it imported, that would be great... Like I said, it's a first for me trying to share, so some feedback of what works and what didn't would be very helpful :)

I know it has some glitches, but I hope the model is good enough for you guys to have some fun with it too :)

WHOA!
Okay, I have to brag just a tad since it's my first one...
The logging cabin made it to the Rosity freebies, and in a day or so it already has 190 downloads....  :)   I thought it would have 20 or so downloads, like my gallery views... LOL
Okay, okay, I'll get used to how things work around here :)
