Sorry, I've just gotta rant. I came to upload a pic to the Vue gallery, clicked the link to the galleries, and THREE BLOODY TIMES it redirected me to the MP. Is Rendy trying to tell me something, because this never happened before the redesign. And another thing, this new look has just made every page look like the MP. It's confusing as hell. There's no distinction, no variety in style to separate the BUSINESS side of this site, and the entertainment side. Believe it or not but they are different. And as for that Rendy email I got recently suggesting it was spam bots harvesting emails that was slowing the site down....be still my aching sides. Whatever's been making Rendy slow, it's made coming here a tiresome experience, even with 2mb connection.

But anyway. :)

I get redirected to the marketplace everytime I click on an e-mail link to take me to a thread someone has replied to. I'm getting a bit irked about it.

Lordy, I thought it was just my browser being dumb...lol. Every time I click any email link from Rendo, I get sent to the MP. In the forums when I click a link it's MP time again...sigh.

That sounds infinitely strange and definitely shouldn't be happening.
Are you definitely logged in when this happens?

This happens to me whenever I click a link to galleries or comments as well, in both IE6, Mozilla, and Opera. And yes, I'm always logged in.

Hmm, that's really odd, and I don't remember any reports of this before. I'll alert the programmers to this thread.

As an example, Karen, I received an ebot about your post in this thread; clicked on "...here to view this message..." in the ebot, and was taken to the marketplace front page. Happens every time.

Same with me. I'm logged in now and still in the forums but when I clicked to view this message I was sent to the market place. Had to close that tab and come back...sigh.

Hmmm, happens in all forums. Well, it's not gonna bother me much. I just wait until the page loads, click to close the tab and reopen. Tabs make it easier and as for as taking a bit longer, I'm not usually in a hurry. :)

So I am not alone... I was beginning to think it was my computer doing something weird.

This has been happening to me for the last few days and it's driving me bananas!!  Especially when I am sent a link to someone's gallery and I can't get there to view their art.

Hope the programmers get this fixed soon!
