When I make a simple fluid simulation where the fluids is to be dropped into a glass. the fluids wont go into it. What am I doin wrong? I have done the simplest tutorials http://mediawiki.blender.org/index.php/SoCFluidTutorial2 For setting water in glass. but this is all I get. What is wrong? My settings are the same as in the tutorial

try my tutorial. you might have better effects. if not, it is possible that the resolution size could be too high (in domain).  the real world size might be too small. the actual size of the domain could be too big.  however, my tutorial may not apply to blender 2.42.  i have tried fluid effects in blender 2.42 with not as perfect results.
