Subject: Propogating scale?

How do I add propogating scale to the hands of a figure (in the cr2)?

In the CR2, go to the channels section for each hand, look for the entry: scale scale.  change this to: propagatingScale scale.  Make sure to get the capitalization right, and it would be a good idea to make a backup copy first.
