Subject: error purchasing in marketplace

I am trying to buy ob's prosthetic legs part 2 but this message comes:
"There was a problem processing your card
Verisign response code was 1000, which means: Generic processor error: 98-General system error"
All knowledge in my credit card are true. Can someone help me? I need that purchase today.

That is a decline that comes directly from the bank.  You might try again and see what happens.  If you get the same message, I would suggest contacting your bank directly.  They should be able to let you know what's happening.
