Subject: Vue 6 Infinite Won't Accept the Serial Number!!!!!

Okay, after taking all afternoon and until 8 p.m. this evening to download this elephant, it now will not accept my serial number!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It spits out the O, it spits out the 0 - and, although it says I can copy and paste it into any of the fields, nope, that doesn't work either, so I guess I am calling it a day.  Is it a bargain...hmmm, well not right at this moment when it's been nothing but frustrating from the moment E-on took my money.

I found an earlier thread I missed seeing (because I was seeing red :) ) and now using the ctl/v command it installed fine.  Thanks!!!!

That is a major problem that e-on needs to fix...:(
