Hi there!

So i was uploading just now....and i hit the preview button...stupid stupid stupid me. :sad: So now the upload is gone. Usually when that happens it ends up in your homepage where you can continue editing it....but not this time. I can´t find my upload anywhere and it just says that i can´t upload anymore today because i´ve reached the limit. Where oh where can it be?:blink:

The Gremlins ate it.  They do that sort of thing, evil little blighters.

Oooh oooh i got it!!!! All the pieces are coming together now. This is the message i keep getting.

"You have reached the maximum images you can upload in one day. You can upgrade this number with a paid subscription by clicking here!"

This is how they do it!!! They set lose the Gremlins to devour your upload and force you to get a paid membership. That would explain why there´s 250 uploads a day in the photogallery alone. :huh:

By jove, he's figured it out! Darn!!! Seriously, I'm not sure what to tell you Andreas. I don't have access to that kind of stuff. Have you tried restarting your browser and then viewing your gallery? Perhaps another admin could help you out more, why not take this to the Community Center? Sorry for the hassle...

Yup, i´ve restarted my browser...cleared out all my cookies and temp files....even tried it with IE that i never use otherwise. But nothing works. I do belive i figured out an alternative solution though...i simply uploaded it to another site. :biggrin:

Okay...so you folks might wanna know this. I got this from admin just now:

"If you upload an image by hitting “preview” and then don’t finish by hitting “save” or “abort”, that image just kinda floats out there taking up server space. So, that counts toward your one per day. Abandoned pending images get purged every night at 2 a.m. system time. "

Keep that in mind as you´re previewing your photos....might save you some disappointments. :sad:

AAWWW buddy - I do feel for you!! I wonder what you'll find when you get out in cyberspace! Lots o' junk (KaKas as ReBorne said) and lost of the REALLY GOOD STUFF! So now that you are all the wiser and your pic is floating around with the good stuff... the question stands: do you have a duplicate to upload tomorrow?
